Job Description
Marketing Compliance and Relationship Coordinator
Location: Austin Texas
Pay: 28 per hour

The Marketing Compliance and Relationship Coordinator will be responsible for working with Marketing Managers, Legal team members and external issuing Bank partners to facilitate the accurate review and approvals of Product and Program Marketing Materials. The qualified candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.

:Point person for review of Marketing Materials being submitted to the Issuing Banks for content accuracy, adherence with issuing Marketing Guidelines and policies.
:Expediting the handling of marketing materials as defined by policies and procedures, in accordance with defined service levels.
:Generate reporting for management teams.
:Dispatch responses on Product Marketing pieces for internal review and processing
:Facilitating individual and group meetings to negotiate the edit, review and approval of materials.
:Maintain current knowledge of Marketing Guidelines supporting regulatory and industry practices.
:Identifying and developing positive, productive relationships with stakeholders by communicating information, and calling for actions or decisions that drive and deliver business results.
Skills and Experience
:Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Management, Finance, English or Philosophy.
:4 or more years of experience with creating, reviewing, or editing marketing materials in the financial services industry or other such regulated industry like health care.
:4 or more years of experience in Financial Services, Payment Cards, or Vendor Management roles.
:Aptitude for learning new systems and processes.
:Ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic environment
:Demonstrated ability to manage effective, productive professional relationships that stimulate and support business performance.
:Proven track record of negotiating solutions
:Superior verbal, written, and inter:personal communication skills
:Exceptional organizational and time:management skills
