We are currently expanding our Sales team as we strive to achieve ambitious customer acquisitions and revenue growth objectives.
Sales Account Representatives : Position Deliverables:
:Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts in assigned territory.
:Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
:Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
:Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
:Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
:Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
:Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
:Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Interested candidates should have:
Strong inside/outside sales background with proven metric attainment
B2B and B2C sales background
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3+ years in sales with durable goods
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel for reporting purposes
Experience using a CRM system
Sales training experience will be considered a plus
