Job Description The Moats Team at Keller Williams Relationship Manager (Real Estate Agent) The Moats Team at Keller Williams Realty is looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our thriving Real Estate team headquartered in Austin, TX. If so, then our top team could be a great fit for you. Responsibilities Completing The Moats Team agent training program. Meeting mutually agreed-upon contact, appointment, and transaction goals. Building a local database through farming, prospecting, and marketing. Converting leads and nurtures at a high level, resulting in closed transactions. Listing responsibilities: Prospecting for, presenting to, and serving as the key relationship for all seller clients. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into listing agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts. Following up on appointments with for sale by owners and expired listing clients. Developing expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends. Providing high-level advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale. Working to accomplish necessary repairs, improvements, and cleaning. Ensuring clients receive fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close. Evaluating showing feedback and reevaluating pricing as needed. Effectively negotiating or overseeing negotiations, for all sellers. Buyer responsibilities: Prospecting for, following up with, presenting to and servicing buyer clients. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into buyer agreements and buyer agreements into accepted purchase contracts. Developing expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools and all issues regarding homeownership. Providing high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinating a time-efficient home search process. Ensuring clients receive fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close. Effectively negotiating or oversees negotiations, for all buyers. Requirements High school graduate Excellent computer skills Proficient in Google Apps + Gmail Passion for people Excellent written + verbal communication skills Strong problem solving + organizational skills Learning based + teachable Extreme attention to detail Time management skills Willingness to grow Self-starter Team player A smile + good attitude A Day at The Moats Team Office Power Up:Grab a latte from the Nespresso, check in with the team + celebrate something youre grateful for!
