AMP Lending provides its Loan Officers with:

Essential Functions:
1. Originate minimum of 3 loans per month.
2. Review new loan guidelines, programs, updates and changes.
3. Inform borrowers of loan options, market conditions, documents and other requirements needed to close the loan.
Requirements:
1. Originate loans over the phone with the best leads in the business.
2. Be a licensed loan officer
3. Interview and pre:qualify prospective borrowers.
4. Inform borrowers of loan options, market conditions, documents and other requirements needed to close the loan.
5. Review new loan guidelines, programs, updates and changes.
6. Assist operations personnel in processing and closing loans.
Education and/or Experience:
: 2+ years of recent experience in sales or as a mortgage loan officer/branch manager
Skills and Abilities:
: Originate minimum of 3 loans per month
: Ability to build quality customer relationships
: Detail oriented with a strong work ethic
: Strong sales and customer service skills
: Demonstrated leadership skills and strong integrity
: Excellent math, analytical and time management skills
: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
: Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
Compensation:
: Hourly + Commission
