Job Description:/h3:
NETCO Title Company is aggressively expanding our Texas markets and looking for talented Business Development Representatives with an existing book of business to join our team
Responsibilities:
You will be self:driven in order to grow your assigned market.
You will be challenged to come up with new concepts to be creative to increase market share.
You will be very outgoing and involved within the community to build relationships and exceed networking capabilities.
You will be disciplined to work independently without daily supervision to achieve monthly volume and revenue quotas.
You will attend local real estate and community organizations to expand all networking resources to market NETCO and to grow your business.

Additional qualifications include:
Must have an existing book of business in order to be considered for this position
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in title industry sales.
Applicable business skills necessary to maximize and improve market share, profitability, and operate efficiently.
Able to for local travel to see clientele along with daily or weekly business functions.
Social networking knowledge to gain continuous market exposure.
Excellent organizational skills for planning daily, weekly, and monthly marketing strategy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable with giving presentations to a group of potential or current clients.
Excellent computer skills to create presentations, manage spreadsheets, and create marketing material.
Liaison between the office team and your client to manage matters as they arise.
