Job Summary

Mill Creek
is searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team and oversee one of our exciting new projects. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with the overall management of a multifamily community including the customer service, rent collections, accounting, and leasing needs of the community.

Skills/Specialized Knowledge
Assumes responsibility for the operations of the property in the absence of the Property Manager.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical and accounting functions.
Ability to read and comprehend financial statements, such as budgets, financial reports, accounting information, etc.
Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions.
Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of residential leasing and/or management experience is preferred for this position.
Yardi experience is preferred but not required
