Systems Administrator
Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for managing the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems. Maintain the integrity and security of servers and systems. Serve as a front line interface to users with technical issues. Make recommendations for hardware and software purchases. Interact with third party technology vendors and internal database staff. Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server or Linux
-4+ years of experience with managing applications running on virtual infrastructure
-Experience with virtualization
-Experience with disaster recovery procedures
-Experience with change management and documentation
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with VMware
-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
-Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
-Experience with KEMP or F5 load balancers
-Experience with PowerShell
-Experience with AWS or Azure
-Experience with Chef, Puppet, or other automation tools
Clearance:
