The Senior Analyst is responsible for working with the QA Team assisting the Project Lead in guiding junior testers during the project life cycle. This self:driven individual will perform a variety of roles including driving test strategies, verification of development tools and workflows, and assisting QA project management with generating and executing test plans. The Senior Analyst will also work with QA members across the entire department to develop strategies for how best to incorporate stakeholder requirements into their test plans.Your responsibilities as a Senior Quality Analyst will include:Close Collaboration with the Development team : This is an embedded QA Role. You will be working daily with the development team, being a visible QA resource to them while always making sure that the support you provide is relevant, actionable and useful. Functional Testing : You will be one of the first people to evaluate new systems and user flows, from concept to final implementation. You will also be working with other Analysts to outline test requirements when testing systems and content throughout the game. Test Case Creation : You will be responsible for overseeing the creation of test scripts for new features and verifying theyre kept up to date for other team members to use. Long:Term Strategy : You will be working with other analysts within the company to create the long:term strategy of embedded and outsourced QA support across the project.The ideal candidate must offer the following skills: 1.A minimum of 2 years working in QA, within an agile game development team or other relevant experience.2.You need to understand software development concepts. You should know how these to QA. You need to know how to analyze content, as well as how risk:based testing strategies to everyday testing. Technical proficiency here is a bonus which will assist in the QA teams risk:based approach.3.Previous Mobile Test ExperienceIdeally, the candidate also has these skills:1.Strong Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are a large requirement for this role as you will be working with a large and diverse set of people.2.You will need to be detail oriented and capable of working with and organizing large sets of data, variables, and deliverables which are constantly changing.3.Experience in the area of gray box testingBonus skills the ideal candidate might offer include:1.Broad knowledge of console and PC games focus on those with significant Online components2.Fundamental understanding of programming
