SCCI is seeking a part:time Receptionist to provide administrative and Office Management support in our Austin, TX office. This position requires interaction with high:level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, discretion, and judgement. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday or (if employee takes a lunch break). The Receptionist will:Greet visitors and answer phonesDistribute outgoing and incoming correspondenceCoordinate equipment and facility service callsOrder and track equipment and office suppliesAccurately create and maintain tracking systems and spreadsheetsProvide meeting support to include scheduling, facility set:up, arranging conference calls, and web meetingsAssist with a variety of special projects as assigned Essential Skills and Experience:Must be a U.S. CitizenHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to multi:task and prioritize in a fast:paced environmentAbility to identify needs and proactively provide solutionsAbility to work independently and meet strict deadlinesImpeccable communication, etiquette, and organizational skillsDetail:oriented, dependable, and professionalAdvanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Skills and Experience:Sharepoint experienceSCCI is committed to providing a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to meet the needs of employees and their families.
