Clayton & Little Architects of Austin
is currently accepting applications for talented interior designers with three or more years of professional experience who are interested in joining our Austin studio. The Interiors Project Manager will provide leadership and support on interiors project design and production. The Clayton & Little Interiors Project Manager is responsible for working with clients to develop design solutions that meet their needs and are consistent with the standards of Clayton & Little Architects. This staff member will develop design concepts while collaborating with Director of Interiors to deliver solutions for the client that meet the goals and budget of the project.


Graduation from an accredited college or university with a professional architecture or interior design degree. Graduate level or professional historic preservation, real estate development, or urban design experience if combined with construction experience or a pre-professional architecture degree may be substituted for a professional architecture degree.
High-level awareness of current trend and unique fixtures and finishes.
Understanding of building code, zoning ordinance, and TAS requirements for interior-related items.
Understanding of interiors sequencing, materials, and methods.
Understanding of communication between architecture team and interiors team.
Understanding of the components and organization of a set of architectural drawings.
Understanding of furniture and design details that make up a project’s interior design.
Fluency in Microsoft Windows, Office, Sketchup, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
