HR MANAGER DutiesA: Provide strategic leadership to organization as an active member of the management teamA: Act as administrative liaison between Accounting, Recruiting, Marketing and Sales departments, as well as clients and external stakeholdersA: Support business growth and transformation initiatives including organizational change efforts, geographic expansions, and other key strategic initiatives A: Train, coach and mentor employees in the HR departmentA: Educate other departments on HR policies, practices and emerging issues, including compensation, incentives, benefits, performance managementA: Support employee and customer relations through proactive and, as necessary, reactive interventions with employees and management; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations, treating each incident as a coaching opportunityA: Improve the A?employee experienceA? by developing ways to celebrate success, fostering a strong community and corporate culture, and effectively managing external social impressionsA: Own and manage new employee on:boarding process to ensure rapid assimilation and engagementA: Manage employee separations to optimize business continuity, client relationships, and company reputationA: Manage periodic and regular performance review process; report key performance metrics to executive leadership teamA: Develop annual labor budget, periodically review pay structure and make recommendations for revisionsA: Manage, negotiate and implement benefits packages including medical, dental, ancillary and 401kA: Lead fiduciary committee and ensure compliance with standards and lawsA: Maintain and periodically update HR policies and procedures including the Employee Handbook, Progressive Discipline Policy, Travel and Expense Policy, and Technology Security PolicyA: Maintain historical HR records by designing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive records management system Knowledge/Skills/Abilities A: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and confidentlyA: Experience leading groups through significant transformation and growth using effective project management and change management techniques and processesA: Broad technical expertise in employee relations, compensation, benefits, policy development and application, learning and education, mediation, planning and other HR processes and programsA: Demonstrated ability to effectively influence, evaluate and manage conflicting priorities in a fast:paced, high:growth environmentA: Proven dedication to continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectationsA: Ability to manage and implement HR services, systems and tools while monitoring progress and results with data:driven metrics Education and Experience/Licenses and Certification A: BA/BS degree in relevant fieldA: HR Certification is a plus A: 10+ years in Human Resource general management in 100+ employee organizationA: Proficiency with MS Office, applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, CRM and PSA systems
