As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. The successful HRBP will act as employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR:related needs; communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management. The HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. Consults with line management providing HR guidance when appropriateAnalyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policiesManages and resolves complex employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough and objective investigationsMaintains in:depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day:to:day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring HR regulatory compliance; partners with internal Legal department and external legal resources as needed/requiredProvides day to day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)Assists in the administration of systems (e.g. LMS, HRIS, etc)Provides training to various levels of staff as neededWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retentionDrives toward optimal culture that facilitates employeesA? success, creating and driving initiatives focused on engagement, diversity and inclusionProvides HR Policy guidance and interpretation for all levels of staffAs needed, provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planningParticipates in company compliance initiatives and provides information for audits in partnership with other departments including but not limited to Joint Commission (JCAHO), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Office of the Inspector General (OIG)Other duties as assignedHigh school diploma or GED required, BachelorA?s degree in Business Administration, Personnel Management, or related field preferredMinimum of 2 : 4 years of progressive Human Resources roles required, with experience in the resolution of complex employee relation issues preferredHRCI and/or SHRM certification is a plusWorking knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including benefits/compensation practices, organizational management, employee relations, diversity, performance management, recruitment, etc.Prior experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), preferably ExponentHRPrior training experience desiredHealthcare industry experience preferred
