As a result of our growth in the analytics, insights and reporting (AIR) practice, we currently have the need for a Digital Analytics Consultant to further our growth and maturity in this key domain. This new role is a customer:facing and billable role intended to bring broader digital marketing experience and thinking to our AIR practice as well as to provide an onshore presence and guidance to our traditional offshore delivery model.The role will collaborate across many areas of our business, including service delivery, client engagement, business development, and practice development. The Digital Analytics Consultant will work with our customers in their offices as necessary, helping to design the best processes and approaches for providing marketing:critical decision support capability.The Consultant is responsible for the end:to:end delivery of analytics projects, having the ability to perform analysis directly and the ability to manage the work of others who are part of the project team. Position DescriptionDigital Analytics Consultants at eClerx partner with our clients to provide consultative analytics services. The Consultant is responsible for the end:to:end delivery of analytics projects, having the ability to perform analysis directly and the ability to manage the work of others who are part of the project team. In this position, you will:Meet regularly with clients to identify marketing objectives and needs; define project scope and deliverables that support business goals; collaborate with delivery team and analytics practice leads to deliver projectsDevelop tangible analytical projects; communicate project details to clients and internal delivery team via written documents and presentationsCreate templates for reports and visual presentations and coordinate effectively with India:based eClerx team members to meet client deliverables on time with high qualityLeverage data visualization and data storytelling techniques to communicate insightsCollaborate with business development team to pursue new opportunities where your expertise is required Has a minimum 3 years of experience conducting digital analytics using Adobe AnalyticsHas a history of translating business strategy and objectives into a plan for data collection, reporting, and analysisDemonstrates strong analytical and storytelling skills and the ability to find relevant stories from piles of reportsDemonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a comfort interacting with clients from the C:suite to marketing managers to technical specialistsDemonstrates a strong understanding of key business metrics and drivers for the typical marketing or sales organizationExperience with implementation of Adobe Analytics is preferred but not requiredKnowledge of Tableau, QlikView or other visualization tools is a plusStrong communications skills, both written and spokenWillingness to travel up to 20 of the time to client sites eClerx is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
