UpbringA?s Education statement of mission of Faith, Education and Empowerment requires he/she to demonstrate high expectations for the achievement and development of all students and foster a safe, joyful, and nurturing learning environment in which students can thrive with a particular emphasis on loving words and loving actions. The Admissions Director will assist Upbring School of Science and Arts to meet and exceeds Department of Family and Protective Services standards and accreditation standards Essential duties Articulate the schoolA?s mission effectively to community partners and applicants.Recognize the need for good public relations. Represent the school in a favorable and professional manner to the schools constituency and the general public.Evaluate, recommend, and implement strategic initiatives to meet enrollment goals.Working with the principal, creates the calendar of recruitment activities and admissions events and administrates these programs.Establish, cultivate and maintain a collegial working relationship with feeder preschools / schools and churches throughout the community.Coordinate communication pieces, including admissions materials and the website.Plan and attend all admission events and activities including periodic weekend and evening community events.Maintain a positive working relationship with the schoolA?s faculty and staff and with the other admissions staff in other schools and preschools.Exhibit leadership skills including strategic thinking, managing multiple priorities, organizational abilities, team building, and the ability to meet deadlines and manage details.Respond with professionalism in addressing highly sensitive matters.Develop and maintain rapport with students, parents, and staff by treating others with friendliness, dignity, and consideration.Work with staff to ensure and maintain attractive, organized, functional, healthy, clean, and safe facilities, with proper attention to the visual, acoustic and temperature.Works in coordination with corporate to develop and implement recruitment budget.Maintain accurate and complete enrollment tracking records.Utilize educational opportunities and evaluation processes for professional growth.Support the broader program of the school by attending extra:curricular activities when possible.Perform any other duties, which may be assigned by the administration. Working RelationshipsCollaborate with team members to ensure a loving, rigorous, and safe environment across the entire school.Establish and maintain open lines of communication, providing accessibility to students and families beyond the house of the typical school day.Work as team player and exhibit professional behavior and a positive attitude with both internal and external school families that reflect positively on the school and is consistent with school policies and practices and code of ethics.Minimum qualificationsUnderstanding of UpbringA?s educational philosophy and the ability to implement its principles.Working knowledge of regulatory environment.Demonstrated and proven:track record in educational program development, implementation, evaluation, and administrationAbility to read, interpret, and report data (statistics)Experience writing and interpreting policies, procedures, and contractsDemonstrated experience creating and achieving program g
