Job Description Seeking Training Developer located in US to plan, design, develop and review training related to well-site inspection for oilfield engineers. ­­ Responsibilities: Serve as subject matter expert in geology, groundwater, and state or federal processes and regulations. Create training plans, including course scope, objectives and sequence. Write content for new courses, with assistance from an instructional design lead, editor and illustrator. Requirements: Strong communicator (verbal and written). Experience planning and developing traditional print and online training materials. Particular expertise with California regulations a plus. Availability Monday through Friday during normal work hours. Remote work available. Project based, part-time work with initial project requiring a roughly two-month commitment.
