For our Sales Representatives, its about more than just asking for the sale:its about connecting with our customers and offering the best solutions for their needs. Often one of the first points of contact for our customers, our call center Sales Representatives are very important to our success.
As a member of our team, youll only be taking inbound calls from customers interested in buying insurance:NO COLD CALLING In our paid training program, youll obtain your Property and Casualty license, and be trained to take inbound sales calls from potential customers about insurance rates and product. Using strong relationship:building skills, youll provide an exceptional customer service experience by understanding insurance needs, and ensuring they receive the best products and coverages to meet those needs. Youll also have the support of a collaborative team, which includes continued coaching and development.
Pay Rate: 15:19/hour plus:
:li/: 500 sign:on bonus if you already have a Property and Casualty license
:li/: Additional 10 shift differential pay when you work evenings or weekends
:li/: Top performance awards and contests with cash payouts
:li/: Gainshare bonus of up to 16 of salary (Annual bonus program rewards employees based on the companys achievement of annual performance objectives)
Start Date: Monday : April 17th, 2017
Training schedule: Mon : Fri 10:00 AM : 6:45 PM for 6 weeks
Work Schedule (after training) : you have 3 full:time schedule options to choose from:
Option 1: (8:00 AM : 5:00 PM) Work: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat Off: Sun, Thurs
Option 2: (12:30 PM : 9:30 PM) Work: Tues : Sat Off: Sun, Mon
Option 3: (12:30 PM : 9:30 PM) Work: Sun : Thurs Off: Fri, Sat
Duties and Responsibilities:
:li/: Build trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers, and offering the best insurance solutions to meet those needs
:li/: Educate customers on our insurance products and services while identifying opportunities to sell additional products
:li/: One or more years of college education or relevant work experience
:li/: Work or educational experience must include:
Customer service, sales and/or influencing others
:li/: Fast paced and changing environment
:li/: Multitasking and time management skills
:li/: Effectively communicating verbally and in writing
:li/: Computer skills
