As the director of guest services, you are instrumental to creating that experience.YouA?ll oversee housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, transportation services and more to create a high:quality environment of hospitality. YouA?ll take direct hand in creating those personal touches that make an experience truly exceptional, holding everything to the high standards of Mainstreet and Rapid Recovery Center.Rapid Recovery Center is built around changing how care is delivered to people recovering from major medical episodes. As the director of guest services, youA?ll be directly making a difference in their recovery, and their lives. Overall Responsibilities:Implement and assess general processes and procedures to ensure a high level of detail within housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and transportation servicesLead, coach and train housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and transportation staff with focus on RRC culture of hospitalityUtilize supply vendors approved by RRCManage labor costs to meet staffing guidelinesReview cleaning schedule for all patient roomsManage housekeeping, laundry and maintenance processes and efficienciesManage and lead patient activities programFill in for culinary, maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and concierge as neededBachelorA?s degree in Hospitality or Business is preferredPrevious experience managing facilities management, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance in a hotel or healthcare operationWorking knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance procedures and guidelinesExcellent communication skills with a hospitality mindsetStrong leadership experienceKnowledge and proficiency of software tools as required for managing each department workflow Mainstreet Health is a division of Mainstreet, the nationA?s premier developer of transitional care properties.
