Overall Purpose
This position will provide support for AT&T Managed Customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Customer call receipt � first point of contact for Customers for problem recording.
2) Customer verification, problem validation and documentation.
3) Ticket Management.
4) Status customer on a regular basis.
5) Manage escalations.
6) Interface with internal and external AT&T/Vendor.
7) Adhere to SLAs, processes and tools.
8) Basic trouble shooting routers/circuits.

Must Have Customer Service Browser and Email Programs
* 3 Yrs. Business Customer Care Call Center
* and 1 Yrs. Communication Skills - both oral and written
* Flexibility shifts : Yes
* High School diploma or equivalent experience: Yes
* Internet connectivity
* 3 Yrs. Interpersonal Microsoft Office Suites
* 3 Yrs. Problem resolution
* Teamwork
* Time management
* Windows XP 7 3 Yrs.
* Nice to Have: dent with a GPA 2.5 or higher

Pay Rate: $14.00-$15.59 per hour
