Hospice Cloud pulls together fragmented practices associated with having multiple DME providers into one simple process for the Hospice agency.Job RequirementsMust demonstrate practical knowledge of computers, software, and products applicable to the industry.Additionally, the applicant is expected to demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of departmental program structure (Mission, Vision, and Code of Conduct) and department policies and procedures.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, as needed, and have the ability to demonstrate effective time management skills while working independently with minimal supervision. Applicant must demonstrate proficiency and productivity in a fast paced environment with unscheduled interruptions while maintaining acceptable judgment, responsibility, and assumption for decisions, consequences, and results. Applicant must demonstrate good organization, time management, and communication skills. Occasionally an adjusted work schedule is required to accommodate company needs. Type 45 WPM Previous Customer Service experience is preferred Must maintain professional phone etiquette Communicates with customers and records all information into the appropriate records for customer service. Talks with customers by phone and receives orders for delivery, pick:up, discontinuance, maintenance or changes in service. Process orders through the office operating system producing forms, determines charges and coverage for service requested, inserts data into information system. Adjusts complaints concerning service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation. Files and/or creates patient records.Schedules deliveries, pick:ups, discontinuances, maintenances or changes in service.provide age specific care in the treatment, assessment, and education of patients of various ages.Participates in Improvement of Operational Performance (IOP) activities.Participates in traditional and e:learning programs.Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures.Works effectively with other company employees, managers, and departmentsPerforms all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind Principals only.
