Job Description:/h3:
The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth day:to:day operations of the practice while providing superior customer service to existing clients and prospects. The position requires employee to perform industry specific tasks, such as application submission and account transfer follow:up, client service work including incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries and gathering the correct product brochures and applications.
Complete and process new business applications
Order and stock new business applications and marketing brochures
Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner
Process and follow:up on client service work
Update and review database/CRM to reflect account status regarding new business and/or service
Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system
Follow:up on pending business and contact individual client with updates.
Assist Advisor(s) with pre:appointment preparation
Gather account values and complete client review summary for upcoming appointments
Prepare and manage a weekly report on new business submitted, new business issued and servicing requests
Assist Advisor(s) with client reports and mailings
Assist Advisor(s) with educational workshops and client events as needed
Act as phone back:up to other office personnel for phone coverage.
Maintain current Advisors licenses and appointments with agencies and companies
