Freeman connects people to a universe of opportunities that create a spark, build understanding, and inspire action\.**SUMMARY**Freeman is seeking a **Part\-Time** **Clerk \- Branch Accounting** to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records and compiles payroll records by performing the following duties\.+ Compiles payroll data taken from time sheets and other records\. Inputs data into computer\. Interfaces with Dallas payroll clerk to ensure data was received\.+ Handles accounts receivable and payable duties by verifying and posting details of business transactions\.+ Manages and balances the Managers Fund and Petty Cash\. Arranges for reimbursement through the General Manager\.+ Prepares all revenue and payable accruals\.+ Prepares invoices for rental services and special show events\.+ Prepares final accounting paperwork necessary for the month end close\. Interfaces with Dallas accounting to ensure all paperwork has been received and is correct\.+ Purchases necessary supplies for the office staff\.+ Answers incoming phone calls\.+ Handles other clerical duties as assigned by the General Manager\.+ Scheduled hours would be Monday \(8\-5\), Wednesday and Friday \(flexible\)\.**REQUIREMENTS**+ Minimum six months related experience and/or training+ Proven written and verbal skills necessary to complete assigned tasks\.+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals\.+ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence\.+ Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization\.+ Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and area\.
