The Administrative Clerk perform general clerical and administrative work to support office requirements.

Performs assigned duties promptly and accurately with minimal supervision
• Produces high-quality and accurate work and meets deadlines
• Maintains a work schedule that facilitates the needs of the organization
• Posts all outgoing mail daily
• Scans incoming mail
• Keeps postage available on the machines
• Keeps the mail/supply room organized and stocked
• Orders supplies for floors 15, 16 and 17
• Organizes the 17th floor supply room
• Distributes requested supplies
• Keeps track of copy machine readings
• Assists other practice groups with special projects and provides general administrative and clerical support
• Performs other related duties as assigned


• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and
• One (1) year of clerical/administrative experience in a business or government environment
• Working knowledge of computers and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills in maintaining records and files.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and prepare written business correspondence.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, work in a fast-paced team environment, and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
