DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an upbeat, energetic, creative, and computer savvy intern to help assist our Academy with social media updates, customer service, and various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phones (as needed). This internship would be 10-20 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is interested in receiving credits for their course of study while attending ACC, who is interested in the Cosmetology/Barbering/Customer Service/Art Industry.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer service, 1+ years.

REQUIRED SKILLS

We are looking for someone with the following skill sets:
- Ability to answer multi-line phone
- Greeting clients/Checking out clients
- Organize & File various documents
- Computer skills (familiar with Word, Excel, online graphics)
- Social media skills
- Organizational skills
- Punctual
- Good customer service skills, upbeat personality
- Works well with team members/students
