Wealth Management Senior Associate: Premier HR Solutions is seeking a proactive, detailed and service:oriented individual to serve as the Wealth Management Senior Associate for an established wealth management firm. The primary purpose of the Wealth Management Senior Associate is to communicate the firms investment philosophy and ensuring that client financial assets are invested in a manner consistent with each clients investment policy statement and the firms investment philosophy.
Job Duties
Coordinates and oversees the formulation of an investment policy statement for each assigned client, in consultation with partners.
Serves as presenter of firms investment philosophy to potential clients and for ongoing clients thereafter based on initial assignment.
Serves as a professional bridge between the client and Client Services department during initial transfer process and on an ongoing basis thereafter.
Invests new client financial assets in accordance with each clients investment policy statement. Places trades on behalf of existing clients that arise from annual client meetings, internal quarterly rebalancing and client cash flows throughout the year.
Prepares for and attends financial plan creation meetings, quarterly review meetings with lead planner and annual review meeting for necessary clients.
Maintains good working relationships with clients; initiates client contact and consultations when necessary from financial plan creation meetings, quarterly review meetings, and annual review meetings.
Works closely with Chief Investment Officer and Wealth Planners to complete client related investment research projects and portfolio reports as requested.
Job Requirements
:Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting required.
:CFA or CFP designation
:Minimum 3 years previous experience in an investment management role, such as stockbroker, portfolio manager or investment representative.
:Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
:Good platform speaking and presentations skills.
:Very good customer service and customer retention skills.
:Strong working knowledge of Excel and portfolio management software.
