Job Description:/h3:
We have a client that is look for a great individual to add to their Financial Services practice.
Summary of Position
This role plays an integral part of the overall direction and administration of the firm. To be considered, a candidate must be well organized, detail:oriented, have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and have excellent customer service and computer skills. In addition, this position provides office support by implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies, and monitoring administrative
processes/projects.
Client Management
:Screen agent calls and handle issues not requiring agent attention
:Gather information for advisor meetings with
client(s)/prospect(s)
:Prepare policies for delivery to client
:Correspond with clients to handle product related service issues
:Manage timeline for new cases to less than 90 days (to include AUM and Financial Planning data input)
:Manage quarterly reports for agent review (ex. Assets Under Management)
:Maintain agents CRM (using PCS proprietary system) and client files
Prospects/ New Clients
:Preparation of application packets
:Set up paramedical appointments as needed for new clients
:Run product illustrations and proposals (using proprietary software)
General Operational and Administrative Support
:Analyze overall use of tools within the organization and streamline their use
:Answer incoming calls and e:mails
:Engage with clients and the Home Office, responding to requests in a timely manner
:Process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain correspondence files
:Update and maintain CRM profile information to reflect client interactions
:Prepare documents associated with client on:boarding and reviews
:Prepare and process all paperwork needed for
investment/advisory accounts
:
:Problem solving
:Assist clients with account questions : in person or by phone
:Performs account maintenance (i.e. disbursements,
name/address/beneficiary changes)
:Monitor account activity
:Provide reporting for the client and Financial Advisor
:Develop and maintain written procedures for all activities
:
Apply diligence with regards to compliance policies and procedures
Maintain continuous lines of communication between various agents
Other duties as assigned
Marketing
Prepare client mailings
Birthday and holiday cards, gift and emails
Maintain DBA imaging and branding

Brochure/collateral coordination
Seminar marketing and follow up

Knowledge and Skills
Financial and Estate Planning experience and/or Life Insurance background helpful
Life/Health Insurance License preferred
Customer Service Skills
Telephone/verbal etiquette
Basic business correspondence
Excellent oral and written communication skills ( ex. grammar, punctuation, spelling, proofreading)
Strong critical thinking, financial analysis and problem solving skills required
Organization skills
Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and assignments in a timely and quality manner
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to embrace change and work in a fast paced environment
Able to work both independently and in a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be a motivated and driven person who is willing to learn
Technology Proficiencies
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with a CRM system (using NYL propriety systems)
Experience with Illustration software (using NYL proprietary systems)
Experience with Financial Planning software helpful
Requirements:
Bilingual
Successfully pass the background, criminal, financial and regulatory review.
Bachelors degree :Finance or Accounting area of study preferred
Group 1 Health/Life license
Preferred:
Previous securities, insurance or financial services industry experience preferred.
Willingness to obtain Series 6 or 7, 63
