Job Description The purpose of the Accounts Receivable Analyst position is to oversee and monitor all aspects of outstanding customer balances (both debit and credit.) The ideal candidate with have 3-5 years related AR experience and a college degree. Duties and Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Analyst Position: Collect and analyze customer data to determine overall AR standing Research individual customer accounts to determine what course of action to take Identify and follow to resolution any process related issues uncovered during research Make recommendations to Collections department for customer contact Create lists of customer accounts to send to outside collections Research and process customer refunds including overpayments and budget accounts Research and submit appropriate amounts as unclaimed property Generate invoices for Liquidated Damages customers Document related processes to identify efficiencies and submit to Knowledge Base Create and maintain related queries Execute related write-off processes Review generation of collection letters and dialer lists for completeness Other AR related duties as assigned To apply - Please use the following link: Be sure to complete the application in its entirety .
